Shipping Policy for The Mango Flamingo (Malaysia)

1. Shipping Locations
The Mango Flamingo ships within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 14:00 PM (MYT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping Fee: RM6 for orders below RM150 (Peninsular Malaysia); Free for orders above RM150. RM10 for order East Malaysia. 

4. International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
